Instead of blaming others passively, convey your expectations and true feelings to them. Stand up for yourself, don't be aggressive, but be assertive ! People only do things to you if you let them ! Ask Jesus, Mother Mary and her Angels to guide your words so that you maintain your boundaries from the stand point of love instead of fear ! You will respect yourself more, because you're treating yourself lovingly.
