Rest is like the seasons Spring, Summer, Autumn. Then Winter covers the earth in her beautiful blanket, Mother earth and her children go to sleep until the spring time. Refreshed, renewed she starts the cycle all over again.
Mother Mary says there is a time for work and there is a time for rest. During our busy day we do not realize how much energy and time we put in to taking care of our family, friends and working our jobs. We sometimes forget to take care of ourselves.
It is important to take a break from our daily routine and "unplug ourselves". Even if its a few minutes in the morning having quiet time to ourselves or on the way home from work "taking the long way home"
Remember, nobody knows better then you, when you should "take the long way home"
This week, don't forget to take care of yourself, and remember, even the Angles have play time !
